Request deleting your account and data from ivia Business app
ivia Business app allows deleting the account and all user’s personalised data by direct user’s request. In order to send this request open ivia Business app and navigate to Profile - Delete Account and confirm you intention to delete your account and remove all your personalised data from ivia.
The request you send will be manually processed within the nearest 24 business hours.
Eventually this will lead to your inability to login to ivia Business mobile app, as well as ivia web app, and to use their features. Your personal data will be deleted from the system or will be depersonalised. These include the following details (if they were specified by you):
- First and last name
- Phone number
While certain data about your activity in the system will remain available in archive, it will be depersonalised. You will receive a confirmation to your email address when your request is accomplished.
While the method described above is a preferred one for sending your request for account deletion, alternatively you can send it to support@ivia.com, specifying your Company name, USDOT# and your email used to register in ivia Business app.
