Request deleting your account and data from ivia Driver app

ivia Driver app allows deleting the account and all user’s personalised data by direct user’s request. In order to send this request open ivia Driver app and navigate to Profile - Settings - Delete Account and confirm you intention to delete your account and remove all your personalised data from ivia.

The request you send will be immediately processed automatically which will lead to your inability to login to ivia Driver app and to use its features. Your personal data will be deleted from the system or will be depersonalized. These include the following details (if they were specified by you):

While certain data in your archive loads will remain available for carriers (e.g. history of your locations) it will be depersonalized.
All carriers you are connected to will be notified about your account being deleted.

While the method described above is a preferred one for sending your request for account deletion, alternatively you can send it to support@ivia.com, specifying your phone number used to register in ivia Driver app, as well as your first and last name.
